So it’s about that time when everyone is getting excited about the New Year … the big 2017 ball drop. New Years is always a great time for people especially when it comes to starting a new fitness program because everything you did wrong in 2016 can now be forgotten and you have a new opportunity to start fresh and try to reach those weight loss goals. If done right, you’ll experience well-earned success by the Summer time when it really counts and you get to show off that new hot body you worked so hard for. But if you’re like the majority of people you will start the New Year off strong, reach a high point where you think “OMG this healthy lifestyle stuff really freaken works”, get comfortable, cheat here and there, and then next thing you know the year is almost over and you’re back to square one. This is a sad reality but unfortunately it’s very true for most people.
The question is how do you set yourself apart and enter the elite group of people that actually set that New Year Goal and Keep it??? Whether your goal is to lose 20 lbs. , get a flat stomach, build a new butt, run a marathon, eat clean, or just completely transform your physical appearance… the truth Is YOU CAN DO IT. Cliché’ as that may be, it’s the most factual thing I can tell you. Whatever the mind can conceive the body can achieve. You may ask yourself what is going to make this year different than any other year you tried to reach your fitness goals. Well, for one IT”S A NEW YEAR! Forget about all of your doubts, insecurities and previous efforts. Focus on the present and future, figure out EXACTLY who you want to be as a person and what that person looks like… then start working on it every single day until you are that person.
As easy as it sounds…It’s really that simple.
